Snowflake provides the infrastructure, governance, and built-in tools to operationalize AI enhancing data storage to powering AI/ML workloads and GenAI applications.Snowflake is looking to add a District Manager to join our US Federal Civilian Agencies team to lead a sales team for the Public Sector Division, ensuring we continue to develop solid business relationships with new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of account executives within the Federal Civilian market.Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.Consistently exceed sales targets and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.Minimum Qualifications:15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the Federal Civilian market.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
