Treasury Analyst

Our client is a publicly traded entertainment company looking to add to their growing Treasury team. This dynamic role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to treasury and work with a collaborative, supportive and fun team. There is opportunity for growth and advancement.

This position is hybrid with 3 days a week in office.

Roles and responsibilities of a Treasury Analyst include but are not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support accounting, accounts payable, ATM, financial planning, internal and external audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
• Oversee banking activities daily, including reviewing/validating payment files
• Update, manage, and analyze the company’s cash forecast
• Monitoring bank transactions and upload/enter JEs to ERP
• Oversee ATM commission and reporting
• Facilitate issuance and reporting ATM debit card
• Utilize Power BI, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce and Banking portals
• Compile and analyze financial information to reconcile cash
• Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses
• Prepare treasury management reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, accounting or related field
• 2+ years of financial experience
• Strong communication, prioritization, time management and problem solving ability
