Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Cedar Ridge Inn. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the elderly and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record residents' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Assist with the administration of medications as directed by nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervising nurse Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards Qualifications: Current CNA certification in New Mexico Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks related to resident care Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance (full-time and part time) Paid time off (PTO) Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and caring work environment
