Our innovative Self Serve Ads Platform empowers businesses of all sizes to create impactful advertising campaigns at ease, reaching audiences through the power of television and streaming.As the head of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. You will lead a team responsible for driving strong relationships with customers and delivering value through the customer lifecycle. You will build net-new sales and support programs that help engage with SMB audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Fully own revenue attainment from key accounts and scaled book advertisers using our self-serve ads platformRevenue Growth: With key accounts, drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategiesTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, develop and hire a team of key account managers and customer success managersAccount Management: Develop and execute account management strategy that drives activation, product adoption, retention, and customer satisfactionOperational Excellence: Define tools and processes that allow internal and external workflows to scalePerformance Tracking: Establish and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SMB key accounts and customer success initiatives, regularly analyzing performance data and making data-driven recommendations for optimizationCustomer Advocacy: Effectively communicate customer needs across cross-functional partners to help shape marketing messages and product roadmapBasic QualificationsProven experience (8+ years) working in digital sales or account management, with a track record of driving business growth and customer retention within the SMB segmentExperience in first line management (2+ years) in sales, account management or customer successBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldAdditional QualificationsAcute understanding of SMB market dynamics, customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitors SMB product solutionsStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales, account management or customer success teamsData-driven and customer-centric leader who aligns strategy and vision to proven customer needsSkilled in change management and process optimization in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsIf you are passionate about driving innovation and building scalable advertising solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead the development of Paramount's self-serve ads platform. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
