This is an entry-level, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to grow their skills in the landscaping industry. You'll work directly under the supervision of a Landscape Foreman and be involved in all aspects of landscape installation.Key Responsibilities:Perform landscape installation tasks as directed by the Landscape ForemanOperate hand tools and small equipment (e.g., shovels, rakes, compactors, wheelbarrows, etc.)Communicate and coordinate with the Foreman and crew members to complete daily goalsFollow all safety procedures and company standardsMaintain a consistent track record of reliability and performanceAssist with other duties as needed, including winter snow removal workRequirements:Previous landscape experience preferredMust be able to pass a drug screeningHighly motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to take instruction and consistently produce quality resultsPunctual, dependable, and team-orientedPhysical Requirements:Able to remain on feet for long periods of timeMust be able to stoop, bend, kneel, and carry objects short distancesComfortable working in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)Must be able to lift 75 lbs. without difficultyAble to twist body repeatedly (shoveling, raking, lifting)Must be able to push a wheelbarrow up to 200 lbs.
