In this role, you will help oversee Planning and Program Support, Financial Execution Support, Contract and Acquisition Management and Audit Readiness / Accountable Property Owner (APO) Support. This position is contingent upon your ability to transfer and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance./ppResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliAct as a senior budget Subject Matter Expert, advising the TSFO CFO on financial matters by providing financial analysis of business programs, cost estimates and program status reports./liliProvide support for Navy ERP contracting actions/liliAssist SBIR/STTR Program financial tracking, budget formulation and execution/liliSupport management of SBA, DOD, and NAVSEA initiatives/liliAttend financial reviews and applicable meetings where budget/financial expertise is required./liliAnalyze new financial and budget policies and procedures and provide detailed reviews of potential workload, work force and accountability impacts./liliKeep record of current budgets, allocations, track budget and allocation revisions, and track funds execution to ensure that all activities meet obligation and expenditure benchmarks and targets./liliMaintain the ability to independently perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings./liliLead audit-readiness efforts for financial topics, including Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) response management, Integrated Risk Management reviews for financial topics, Managers Internal Control Program (MICP) for financial topics./li/ulpHeres what you need:/pulli8 years of financial management experience/lili2 of the last 4 years in DOD or component SBIR/STTR program management/lili2 years of supervisory experience/liliKnowledge of and experience with DOD FMR, FAR, and PPBE processes/liliExperience supporting Navy ERP/liliExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, including demonstrated ability to produce concise and properly edited products that clearly and logically convey complex information and ideas./li/ulpBonus points if you have:/pulliMore than 10 years of experience related to the position description/li/ulpSecurity Clearance: DOD SECRET/ppEducation: Masters degree in a Business, Management or equivalent/ppWork Schedule: M-F 0900-1700/ppCompensation and Benefits: The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00-$150,000.00.
