Build professional rapport with clients who visit TD Garden often for events, and welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristbandBe a subject matter expert on all things Boston Garden Society, including guest amenities, food and beverage offerings, activations, and moreHandle complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management as necessary, and administer service recovery by providing guests with resolutions to issues Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests with various requests and relay such requests accordinglyCollaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of eventsMore about youMust be at least 18 years oldMust be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar monthMust be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clientsMust be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient mannerExperience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment preferredPhysical requirementsMust be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasersMust be able to push wheelchairs and other assertivedevices
