Design Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

  •  Ability to use AutoCAD and other software to create Tenant plans and related design drawings. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion a plus.
  • Create conceptual site plans of industrial buildings on raw land surveys.
  • Create Lease Exhibits of agreed upon Tenant fit outs.
  • Ability to read surveys, civil and architectural drawings.
  • Communicate with vendors for the selection and purchasing of finish materials for build outs throughout the company portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and participate in meetings for on going construction throughout the company portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing Team in prospective tenant presentations, project proposals, and tenant program designs.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, support and build relationships with others on the team and across disciplines/offices.
  • May be required to conduct site visits for field verification of existing real estate assets.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
  • Experience in Architecture, Interior Design or related field 
  • Previous experience in real estate development design and marketing preferred
