Sales Consultant

Remote position

$50k-$60k base plus commission

LHH is a premiere recruitment firm who is partnered with a B2B service organization headquartered in Chicago who are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with experience selling job board services to companies.



The ideal candidate will not only have experience selling job board services but will also have a demonstrated track record to present a service, close client deals and build relationships. You will manage a high volume of calls and activities per day, articulate how the firm’s program can assist their business in recruitment using their job board service.



Qualifications Desired:

· 3+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred) in the recruitment and staffing industry (ideally selling job board services).

· Bachelors’ degree in business or related field.

· Proven sales results with the ability to maintain a yearly quota of $300k or more.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to recruit new clients.

· Preferred experience using Salesforce.

· Proficient in Word and Excel.



Responsibilities:

· Use various databases for prospecting new clients (e.g. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or similar).

· Engage in networking, cold calling, use LinkedIn, follow up on incoming marketing leads, and other creative methods to generate client interest.

· Collaborate with the internal customer success managers, marketing staff, and the operations team to enhance sales opportunities and maximize revenue.

· Receive training in a consultative style to effectively persuade potential clients to engage in business with the company.

· Identify new business opportunities.

· Build key customer relationships.

· Negotiate and close business deals.

· Maintain extensive knowledge of current recruitment market conditions.
