Partner with the Program/Ops team. Close working relationship with Business Area VP, multiple program managers, Contracts Administrators, Subcontract Administrators. Strong voice and financial leader of the team. Provide real-time financial impacts of hiring decisions across programs. Assess financial health of multiple programs, including increased profit, direct labor, and cash. Perform estimates-to-complete, monthly playbook reviews, program and business-area level P&L and cash/investment outlooks. 5-year strategic plan financials, monthly/quarterly forecasts for revenue, profit, cash, and cost elements. Variance analysis and other ad hoc analysis. Limitation of Funds data and notification to Contracts/Customer Program set-up in Oracle.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your financial expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
