Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.

  • Draft and finalize legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness interviews, deposition summaries, and preparing exhibits.

  • Organize and maintain case files electronically and in hard copy.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work performed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in litigation paralegal work at a law firm

  • Proven experience in legal research and writing with a strong understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with eDiscovery management software a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
