We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of business analysts in the dynamic oil and gas industry. The position supports the gas sector by working on Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and custom applications, with a focus on Openlink Endur. Experience:

- 5+ years in commodities trading and ETRM systems.

- 8+ years as a Business Analyst in energy trading.

- 15+ years in IT with a focus on solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of analysts, ensuring effective support and delivery of ETRM systems.

- Scrum Master: Lead scrum activities, including planning and retrospectives, ensuring smooth project execution.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with business stakeholders.

- Requirement Gathering: Document and gather business requirements, focusing on system enhancements and Azure DevOps.

- Efficiency Optimization: Standardize processes and drive team efficiency.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with expertise in ETRM systems and Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

- Experience in the natural gas sector and back-office processes within ETRM systems.
