Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service to join our team.
  • The Salesforce Admin will be responsible for the daily management, support, and development of our Salesforce environment, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a passion for problem-solving, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality
  • Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide ongoing support and optimization.
