Our client a well-known intimates company is seeking a Pattern Grader.

Job Responsibilities: Pattern Grader and Design Technology Lead

• Perform pattern grading for bras and intimates, ensuring precise sizing and high-quality construction.
• Collaborate with the design team to make pattern adjustments and fit corrections, ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Work with product development and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Flex PLM and Smartsheet to manage design projects and implement quality control processes to meet company standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pattern grading and technical design, particularly for bras and intimate apparel.
• Proficiency in Lectra Modaris and BrowZwear V-stitcher (3D).
• Knowledge of Flex PLM and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
