These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose.About the Role and What You'll Be DoingThe VP of Delivery Excellence is a senior executive responsible for ensuring the successful execution of consulting services and projects across the organization. This leader drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, scaling delivery capabilities and fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture. The VP will define and execute delivery strategies, ensure the delivery organization leverages the appropriate technical solution elements and capabilities to deliver client outcomes, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure effective development and execution of "get to green" plans for at risk projects, while incorporating those learnings into continuous improvement activities. This role serves as the client-facing and internal representation of delivery capability, approach and responsibility and will foster strong relationships with client leadership to facilitate effective project and service delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Define and execute the overall consulting delivery excellence strategy aligned with company goals.Together with Global Operations leader, lead transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.Serve as executive sponsor on strategic engagements.Champion building a rich team culture where people and clients thrive.Project Delivery & Governance:Together with Global Operations leaders, ensure consistent application of project and delivery best practices, tools & processes.Implement governance frameworks and quality assurance processes.Implement and Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure project success and profitability.Strengthen delivery assurance and client support across all engagements.Accountable for managing and delivering on client contractual commitments.Team & Resource Management:Build and lead high-performing delivery teams across multiple geographies.Evaluate delivery + project management capabilities and execute needed remediation to ensure delivery excellence.Ensure effective and appropriate resource allocation and utilization across projects.Drive team processes and champion organizational scaling.Client Engagement:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty.Act as a senior point of contact for clients, resolving escalations and aligning expectations.Own and maintain senior/executive client relationships.Collaborate with sales and account management to support pre-sales and delivery alignment.Operational Excellence:Optimize delivery tools, frameworks, and technologies.Curate regular reporting to regional and global executives on key account health metrics and risks.Champion innovation in service delivery, including adoption of automation, cognitive solutions, and DevSecOps practices.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance service offerings and client outcomes.Ensure global delivery consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Job RequirementsTo be considered for this role, it's important that you meet all Required Qualifications. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in consulting delivery, project management, or PMO leadership. 10+ years in senior leadership roles within matrixed environments. Proven track record in delivery excellence, enablement strategy, and client success. Experience managing large project budgets (500K6M+) and programs with significant annual revenue impact. Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and governance practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to scale organizations, lead complex transformations, and foster high-performing teams. Experience orchestrating post-acquisition integration activities to unify teams, processes, and systems.Preferred QualificationsPeople-first mindset with a focus on building strong relationships, accelerating growth, and enabling sustainable change. Experience launching platforms or initiatives that standardize consulting and account management practices, improving gross margin, revenue predictability, and delivery quality. Global experience overseeing teams and disciplines across multiple regions.
