PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Perform various preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems promptly.
  • Maintain machine geometric tolerances to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to implement improvements and optimize machine performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
