Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Develop and review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design, installation, and construction processes.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with specific experience in multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and other relevant tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
