Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Consultant located in Metairie, LA. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for interviewing candidates, providing temporary staffing solutions, offering consulting services, and recruiting top talent. You will also be involved in temporary placement of candidates for various job opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications
  • Knowledge of temporary staffing practices and procedures
  • Strong consulting skills to provide effective solutions
  • Ability to effectively recruit and match candidates to job requirements
  • Experience in temporary placement and workforce management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
