We strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that feels like family for the individuals we serve and employ.We would love to hear from you if you can answer YES to the below questions.Are you a team player?Can you be committed to our mission?Do you have a passion for senior care?About our team:A talented and motivated group that shares a passion for senior careOutstanding leadership supportCulture of creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive work environmentWhat you will do:Reporting to the Wellness Director, the Caregiver is responsible for providing direct care and medication assistance to the residents in a manner that meets or exceeds Community expectations.Provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.Must haves:This position prefers a high school diploma or equivalent certificate and a competent history in a similar facility.May need to possess current CPRMust possess valid First Aid Certifications and, according to state regulationsSpeak read and understand English fluently.Ability to push, pull, and lift residents and support their physical needs constantly.Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing.Would be great:Experience working in Assisted LivingWhat we offer:Great benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage401k (up to 3% discretionary match after 1 year of service)Paid Time OffPay rate $19.00 -21.50 per hourEqual Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, genetic information, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law, and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
