Compliance Business PartnerAs a Compliance Business Partner, you will provide specialized advice and professional support for the development, implementation, and reporting of the Compliance and Integrity and Privacy framework across the organization.Based at the Hendrick Medical Center North campus and reporting to the Compliance Business Partner Manager, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance and privacy strategies, policies, and procedures.Job RequirementsMinimum Education:Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field required within 3 years of hireMaster's degree preferredMinimum Work Experience:At least 5 years of healthcare related experience in acute care, clinic, and/or post-acute care setting required3 years of Compliance and Privacy work experience preferredRequired Licenses/Certifications:Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 6 months of hireCertified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or Certification in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS) or similar preferredRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical skills, attention to every detailHighest degree of credibility, integrity, and discretionComfortable working independently and able to manage large, complex projectsThrives on wide variety of intellectually challenging workProficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
