Responsibilities: Perform various floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices. Operate floor care equipment in a safe and effective manner. Maintain accurate records of floor care activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in floor care is beneficial, but not mandatory. Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies required. Able to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds, and perform standing, sitting, bending, and walking tasks for extended periods. Capable of completing routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Able to work around food and cleaning products safely. Follow both oral and written instructions accurately and consistently. Must reside within the service area. Ready to Join Us?
