Immediate Opening for a Talented Physical Therapist Join our fast-growing, multi-disciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to be part of our dynamic team. This role focuses solely on outpatient care and involves working with both established and new patients. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, effectively collaborating with other healthcare providers. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining open communication with other providers for optimal patient care. Although experience in orthopedics is preferred, we are also open to welcoming recent graduates. A bonus would be having expertise in or a willingness to train in pelvic floor physical therapy. About Our Practice: We are a premier, comprehensive, multi-disciplinary group dedicated to relieving pain and restoring wellness to our patients. Our collaborative approach involves a variety of providers, including PTs, PTAs, PAs, NPs, MDs, MTs, and acupuncturists, all working together under one roof. This teamwork enhances the patient experience while facilitating professional discussions among staff with diverse medical backgrounds. Additionally, we have a supportive corporate team, including IT, marketing, billing, case management, and a call center to allow providers to focus solely on patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations. Provide treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises. Document care accurately and promptly. Work both independently and in collaboration with the team while demonstrating our values of excellence, poise, leadership, and service. Deliver exceptional patient care while working professionally with colleagues. Perform regular patient re-evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred). National PT Board Certification. Experience in outpatient, orthopedic care preferred, but recent graduates will be considered. Active PT license in Colorado. Experience or training in pelvic floor physical therapy is a significant plus. Schedule: Monday - Friday (office hours end at 1 PM on Fridays). Full-time position with no weekend requirements. Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000, plus bonus opportunities. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) plan.
