As the Manager of Implementation Consulting, you'll play a key role in leading our implementation team and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. In this role, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadershipguiding a team of talented consultants through complex, high-impact projects. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth while ensuring every client implementation runs smoothly from start to finish. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to enhance our delivery processes, elevate team performance, and continuously improve client experience. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will be the primary point of contact for all team-related matters, from career development to project assignments. Project Oversight: Serve as a subject matter expert on your team's projects. You'll be involved in key decisions, provide guidance on complex configurations, to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coaching and Development: Act as a coach and mentor, helping your team members develop their technical skills and grow their careers. You will identify training opportunities and create personalized development plans. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define team goals, improve internal processes, and contribute to the overall strategy of our Professional Services organization. Client Engagement: Occasionally engage with clients directly to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
