You work closely with senior management and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and risks. You support strategic planning and business reviews, ensuring our goals are met. You play a vital role in analyzing financial performance and supporting productivity improvements.Job responsibilitiesSupport and track new business strategies, initiatives, and platformsAlign department and support groups including Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and CompliancePromote key initiatives to optimize business performanceAttend business reviews with regional support teamsPlan and coordinate relevant region and market key performance indicatorsIdentify and discuss business trends within assigned territoriesAnalyze financial performance, including expensesIdentify and implement productivity initiativesEscalate and mitigate business risks such as legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issuesPartner with other lines of business on workstreams and initiativesRepresent the business in internal and external working groupsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field4+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, or Chief Operating Office rolesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing large data setsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to build relationships across diverse functionsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to define and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groupsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and logical thought processPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsPrevious experience presenting to senior leadersChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
