If youre experienced in federal budget planning, RDTE financial management, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment-we want to hear from you./ppWhat You Might Do:/pulliProvide budget analysis and financial support for government research, development, and acquisition efforts./liliAssist in preparation of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) documentation./liliDevelop and manage spend plans, budget justifications, and execution reports./liliTrack obligations, expenditures, and analyze unliquidated obligations (ULOs) and unsourced requirements (URRs)./liliSupport contract award processes and purchase request packages./liliProduce weekly, monthly, and annual financial deliverables./liliCollaborate closely with program managers, acquisition specialists, and senior leadership./li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliBachelors or Masters in Business, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field-or STEM degree with financial/project management experience./lili5+ years of financial analysis and budget execution experience (3+ years with an MS)./liliExperience with federal RDTE funding and DoD appropriations./liliWorking knowledge of Government regulations and policy (FMR, FAR, OMB A-123)./liliStrong communication and presentation skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)./liliActive Secret clearance required./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPrior experience supporting federal defense programs./liliFamiliarity with financial and acquisition systems such as:/liulliDAI/liliCAT (Consolidated Acquisition Tool)/liliSMART/liliEDA/WAWF/liliJICAP platform/li/ulliExperience managing multiple DoD appropriations (OM, RDTE, etc.)./li/ulpWhy ARServices?/ppAt ARServices, youll work with mission-driven experts across the country in support of national security.
