As a vital part of our award-winning home care agency, you'll have the flexibility to pick up shifts when it works best for you—perfect for those who like variety or who want to maximize their hours by covering open shifts, call-offs, and new client starts.

- Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.

- Provide companionship through reading, games, music, and puzzles.
- Prepare meals/snacks for clients.
- Medication reminders and light housekeeping duties.
- Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments.
- Offer personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and more (using gait belts, Hoyer lifts).
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift/bend with 50 lbs.
- CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
- Open availability to work across Lansing and surrounding areas.
- Passion for caregiving and helping others.
