Crew Lead Opportunity At Energy Savers Inc.Energy Savers Inc. is a well-established weatherization company seeking a qualified crew lead to join our team. We are a family owned business built on great customer service, quality work and treating employees like family. We work from Tacoma to Bellingham servicing multiple government agencies, non-profit companies and private clients with a focus on upgrading a home's energy efficiency and comfort while improving the health of our customers. The crew lead would work within a small, efficient crew that handles nearly all aspects of the job from ordering materials to post work diagnostic testing.Crew Lead Responsibilities:Implement company and industry safety guidelinesOrder materialsManage work flowWork alongside crew members to set work paceInspect and maintain quality of workEnsure that jobs are completed on timeTrain employees and monitor crew member's competencyComplete all paperwork in a timely mannerUnderstand and follow Standard Work SpecificationsCrew Lead Qualifications:Valid driver's license and good driving recordManage a crew of between 2 and 6 peopleGood communication skillsBlower door/diagnostic testingCombustion Safety TestingAir sealing and duct sealingUnderstanding of thermal and pressure boundariesHigh level understanding of Insulation materials and installation methodsModerate level of carpentry skills (Install doors and windows and some rough/finish carpentry)Any other construction skills are a plusPreferred Certifications:CPR/First AidOSHA 10/30Lead SafeAsbestos Awareness (or better)BPIStarting hourly rate depends on experience and ranges between $33.75-$36.50 per hour. Most jobs include prevailing wages that would be paid at higher rates. BENEFITS available after 60 days - Medical - Paid Time Off - Holidays - Maternity/Paternity leave
