Senior Benefits AnalystIt's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they're doing The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for building and delivering both global and local benefit programs that enhance the employee experience, through support and management of both global and country programs in line with the global total rewards philosophy. This role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven insights to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings. The analyst collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to maintain accurate systems, resolve employee inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential duties and responsibilities include: administering health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, partnering with vendors and carriers to resolve issues, analyzing claims and cost trends, assisting in benchmarking benefits, developing employee communications, and collaborating with HRIS and IT teams to maintain benefits systems.Required qualifications include a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis, strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with HR systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
