In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations and dynamic capacity planning across multiple functions, including graphic design, copywriting, visual design, research, and UX/UI. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the synergy between their product, brand, and design teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. With your strategic vision and operational prowess, you'll streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to foster innovation and enhance overall team performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across graphic design, copywriting, visual design, research, and UX/UI teams.
  • Develop and implement dynamic capacity planning strategies to efficiently allocate resources and meet project demands.
  • Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage workload distribution effectively.

Required Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of proven experience in operations management within a creative agency or design-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, capacity planning techniques, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analysis software.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
