About the POSITION:A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is needed to join a well-established Behavioral Health team within a large, mission-driven community health organization in Montana. This organization provides integrated, patient-centered care and has a strong reputation for serving diverse populations across the region.Clinic hours:Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pmSaturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm40-hour work week or flexibleRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of PMHNP experience (no new graduates at this time)Commitment to working in a collaborative, integrated care modelServices Provided:Comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluationsIndividual and group therapyCrisis intervention and stabilization supportFollow-up care and continuity of services post-hospitalizationCollaborative care management with primary care providersIndividualized treatment and safety planningEvidence-based therapy modalities, including EMDR, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and morePsychopharmacology appointments and referrals as appropriateAbout the COMP & BENEFITS:Competitive salary benchmarked to MGMA standards (around $128K)Comprehensive medical coverageProrated PTO package401(k) retirement planFederal loan repayment eligibilityLicense reimbursementAbout the COMMUNITY:This position is based in Great Falls, Montana, a city known for its beautiful landscapes, welcoming community, and outdoor lifestyle.
