Job Title: SAP Functional Support Specialists (Multiple Roles Available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced SAP Functional Support Specialists to fill multiple W2 positions across various SAP modules. Each role will provide comprehensive support for specific SAP functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating successful project outcomes. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for any of these roles.

  1. SAP Budget and Planning Specialist
  • Experience Required: 3+ years in SAP Budget and Planning (SBP)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Funds Management (FM), SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
  1. SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Organizational Management (OM), SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
  1. SAP Materials Management & Warehouse Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 8+ years in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Mobile
  1. SAP Payroll & Human Capital Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP Payroll
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Organizational Management (OM), SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
  1. SAP Supplier Relationship Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Accounts Receivable (AR), SAP Master Data Management (MDM)
  1. SAP Financials & Grants Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 5+ years in SAP Funds Management (FM) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP General Ledger (GL), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Accounts Receivable (AR)
  1. SAP Asset Accounting & Grants Management Specialist
  • Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP Asset Accounting (AA) and SAP Grants Management (GM)
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Real Estate (RE), SAP Project Systems (PS)
  1. SAP Project Management & Integration Specialist
  • Experience Required: 10+ years in Project Management and SAP Integrations
  • Desirable Skills: SAP Public Sector Financials, SAP Grants Management (GM), SAP General Ledger (GL), SAP Controlling (CO)

Common Responsibilities for All Roles:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business environment to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Ensure project goals and objectives align with operational strategies.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program and project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices.
  • Deliver day-to-day support for ongoing processes and application support for agency workload demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Location:

  • Remote, with preference for candidates near Baton Rouge, LA.
