Day to Day:

A large transportation and logistics company is looking for a Clerk to manage all gate operations for terminal transfer activities. Their day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing all gate activities and ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Entering operations data into Excel
  • Responding to email communications with other team members
  • Maintain records of items entering and leaving the yards
  • Interact with truck drivers, provide customer services, and ensure safe working conditions at the gate
  • Resolve any issues with drivers and escalate as necessary
