Operations Senior Financial AnalystLaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Senior Financial Analyst for a global manufacturing organization based in Louisville, Kentucky. This direct hire role is tailored for a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting and hands-on exposure to manufacturing or facility environments.With a hybrid schedule (23 days onsite), this role offers the opportunity to lead site-level financial reporting, collaborate with plant operations, and dig into SAP data to influence real decisions.What's the Job?Lead monthly financial close and variance analysisPartner with site leadership to track KPIs and operational metricsManage budgeting, forecasting, and capital project planningEnsure product costing accuracy and identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsTranslate complex SAP data into actionable business insightsContribute to cost-reduction and process efficiency initiativesWhat's Needed?Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or external reportingManufacturing or facilities experience is requiredProficiency in SAP and strong analytical skillsAbility to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat's in It for Me?Salary: $90,000$110,000, based on experienceFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOHybrid work model: 23 days per week onsite in Louisville, up to 20% of yearly travel to other plantsDirect visibility to plant leadership and regional financeStrategic role with ownership over plant finance initiativesJoin a high-impact finance team where plant performance, cost control, and strategic decision-making intersect.
