As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented D365 CRM & Power Apps/Power Automate Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: Seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, and Power Automate. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage the capabilities of D365 CE and the Power Platform to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Design comprehensive solutions architecture utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop customizations, configurations, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for D365 CE and Power Platform development.
• Mentor and support development teams in building high-quality solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and trends in the CRM and low-code development space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of D365 CE architecture, including entities, relationships, workflows, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components such as Dataverse, Power BI, and AI Builder.
• Proficiency in customizing and extending D365 CE using configuration, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar sector.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture.
