We foster a collaborative and innovative culture where creativity thrives, and every team member contributes to our success.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning processes and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, enhancing business insights, and fostering collaboration across departments.Key responsibilities include: leading the FP&A team in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; analyzing financial performance and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; collaborating with senior leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs); providing strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis; overseeing the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders; managing financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives; ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies; and mentoring and developing FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred; 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting; excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders; proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software); and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.What we offer includes a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses; a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans; opportunities for professional development and career advancement; and a collaborative and innovative work environment.
