Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to join their team This position is located in Blue Ash, Ohio. Duties:Use experience and knowledge of WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure to triage, diagnose, and remediate wireless infrastructure incidentsServe as a technical subject matter expert for customer-facing network environments and operationsLeverage knowledge of WAN routing protocols and devices, as well as LAN switching protocols and devices, to triage, diagnose, and remediate network alerts while meeting availability and mean-time-to-repair service-level goalsProvide first- and second-level network operations support for all WAN, LAN, and wireless-related incidentsTriage and remediate VSAT, cellular, wired, and wireless WAN/LAN incidentsRecognize high-priority incidents and escalate them appropriately to Level 3 support teamsFacilitate critical network incident conference calls and provide assistance during major eventsCreate and review network device and system change procedures and documentationPerform proactive maintenance on routers, switches, wireless access points, and other network hardwareProvide implementation support for new network devicesUtilize tools such as ServiceNow, WhatUp Gold, and network platforms such as Arista or ArubaAssist with standard network requests, including support for new site installations and setupDesired Skills/Experience:3+ years of experience working with network technologies3+ years of experience with Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructuresStrong knowledge of network routing and switching protocolsStrong customer service skillsExperience troubleshooting routers and Hewlett-Packard switches is a plusFamiliarity and experience with SD-WAN platformsExperience with Extreme Networks wireless access points is a plusHighly motivated and service-orientedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to work collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skillsExperience with network monitoring tools is a plusDesire to learn new technologies and stay current with technical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work night and weekend shifts as requiredExperience with SD-WAN platforms strongly preferredBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $35.00.
