Billing Coordinator

Pay: $23-$26 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing client billing and invoicing, as well as pro-rating charges when necessary. You will manage credit card processing transactions, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain up-to-date records in the system. Additional duties include performing general office accounting tasks, organizing and maintaining office filing systems, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and reliable daily presence
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in 10-key data entry and typing (50 WPM)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Strong math skills and legible penmanship
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
