National Director Of Lifestyle ServicesPosition Overview: The National Director of Lifestyle Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing lifestyle programs across all branches of Associa. This role ensures consistency, innovation, and excellence in lifestyle offerings, while fostering engagement among employees, residents, and communities. The Director will serve as the strategic leader for lifestyle initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership, branch teams, and business development managers to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Strategy:Design and implement a national lifestyle program framework aligned with Associa's mission and values.Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for lifestyle services across all branches.Identify opportunities to expand lifestyle offerings and enhance community engagement.Talent Development & Training:Identify employees currently working in lifestyle capacities and provide ongoing support and development.Lead recurring calls and workshops to share best practices across branches.Develop and deliver training programs for Director of Community Growth and Development, new hires, and lifestyle staff.Collaboration & Communication:Partner with IBMCs and branch leadership to assess internal talent and identify potential leaders for lifestyle programs.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create lifestyle collateral for proposals and client presentations.Serve as the national point of contact for lifestyle initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.Operational Excellence:Oversee the implementation of lifestyle services in new communities and ensure smooth onboarding.Monitor program performance, track metrics, and report results to executive leadership.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Recreation Management, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in lifestyle programming, community engagement, or hospitality management.Proven track record of leading large-scale programs across multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in training, talent development, and program design.Ability to travel nationally as required.Key Competencies:Strategic thinker with the ability to design and scale programs.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse teams.Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.Results-driven with a focus on engagement and client satisfaction.Innovative mindset with a passion for community building.Reporting Structure:Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.Direct Reports: Regional Lifestyle Managers and designated branch lifestyle staff.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
