Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and organized Technical Service Admin to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient service operations and outstanding customer support.ResponsibilitiesMajor Duties and Responsibilities:Handle all device-related incoming service calls, emails, and customer inquiries for action items.Work with QA to address open complaints from customers, field service engineers, or sales reps.Assist Supervisor to schedule and dispatch field service engineers for service calls.Train new Customer Service team members, covering work instructions for both ERP and CRM systems, and processes and procedures.Assist Supervisor with maintaining and implementing training documents and work instructions for both Customer Service and FSE training.Coordinate training logistics for in-house training for new-hires and distributors on the product line.Process parts orders/RMAs for service calls, as well as international rep orders. This includes receiving RMAs, assigning them to technicians in CRM, and completing inventory movements in ERP.Support the Supervisor with service call, RMA, sales order, and warranty compensation activity.Assist in preparing part orders and shipping documents, tracking deliveries, and updating customer records.Process invoices and credit card payments.Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor.QualificationsAS in Business Administration or equivalent.5+ years of administrative or operations support experience, ideally in a service-oriented role.Familiarity with lasers or medical laser products is a plus.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong conflict-resolution skills.Familiarity with Windows-based ERP systems is a plus.Positive attitude and a team player.Required Work HoursMonday - Friday, full-time hours.BenefitsThe position offers a competitive pay range with a minimum of $27 per hour and a maximum of $31 per hour.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
