This position is responsible for monitoring the quality and consistency of cannabis materials throughout various processing phases, ensuring that all products meet or exceed established quality standards. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in tracking, recording, and reporting inventory data, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance with health and safety standards. The Processing Technician will also collaborate with other team members to uphold production efficiency, cleanliness, and accurate documentation. As a key part of the production team, this role directly supports the company's goals of producing high-quality, innovative products while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor cannabis material during processing phases. Maintain electronic and paper logs for accurate weighing, tracking, and reporting of all inventory. Input data and manage the flow of production. Clean production areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with local and state health regulations. Conduct visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards. Follow appropriate quality control measures and in-process checks. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office and METRC, among other systems. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for proper batch formulation. Keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old. 1+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory tracking, product safety, consumer safety, and maintaining high product quality. Professional kitchen or baking experience is preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Tasks include carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving, and adjusting process equipment. Must maintain a clean facial appearance; a form-fitted mask, provided upon hire, requires either a clean-shaven face or neatly groomed facial hair.
