Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet study timelines and goals
  • Manage trial budgets, resources, and schedules
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines
  • Assist in the development of study protocols and related documents
  • Serve as a liaison between investigational sites and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Healthcare, or similar)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical operations
  • Proven ability to manage studies independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Capable of working effectively in a collaborative team setting
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the clinical research field
