The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to tenants, following the Service Plan, BON standards, and campus QAPI program. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct routine care to tenants
  • Participate in developing and modifying the Plan of Care

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an approved nursing education program
  • Current Minnesota LPN License
