As a Demand Generation Manager for Slingshot, you will be the strategic hub for our lead generation initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will architect and execute the multi-channel marketing campaigns that help drive Slingshot's growth. You will be challenged to experiment with channels, formats, messaging, and targeting to find the most effective ways to capture and engage each of our technical personas. The RoleAs a Demand Generation Manager for Slingshot, you will:Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals, including setting targets for MQLs and opportunities created.
Own the planning, creation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. Align on strategy with PMM and work with Brand, Social, and Communication to bring the campaign to life across channels. Champion a culture of continuous testing and optimization across channels, focusing on improving key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and Cost per MQL. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the team and leadership.
Work with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to implement required tracking and reporting into processes and tools so that we can tie spend to qualified leads and pipeline. Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companiesAt least 2 year experience marketing to multiple personas at enterprise organizations, including technical personas, business buyers, and C-suite leveraging both top-down and bottoms-up motionsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic and ABM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Rollworks, Demandbase, or 6sense. At least 2 years hands-on experience using marketing automation software (for example: Marketo, Pardot), CRMs (for example: Hubspot, Salesforce), and CMSs/page builders (some examples include: Instapage, Unbounce, Wordpress, Webflow, etc.) to build and update campaign landing pages and nurture campaignsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with demonstrated ability in standing up new initiatives and hitting pipeline and revenue targetsDemonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments like scaling startups or new business units within a larger enterpriseA bias toward action and the resilience required to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success2+ years of project management experience, demonstrating an ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders, either in-house or at an agencyExperience managing relationships with performance marketing agenciesDemonstrated ability to understand SEO/SEM principles and hands-on experience with Google Search Console (GSC), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA)Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms (for example: 6sense, Demandbase) and lead scoring is a plus. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Marketing Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
