Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales RepresentativeFASTSIGNS College Station is looking for highly motivated, detail oriented, passionate and a driven person to join our team. FASTSIGNS College Station opened for business in 2005. This location has consistently been in the top 15 out of 700 FASTSIGNS locations worldwide in both annual sales and customer service.ResponsibilitiesInitial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterWork with customers in numerous ways: email, telephone, in-person, customer site visitsDevelop/maintain accurate records, communication & coordination via point of sale, job folders, e-mail, phone necessary to fulfill customers orders from concept to completion in a timely fashionImplement work order process: prepare estimates, order conversion, art/design, proofing, output, production/fabrication, quality control, installation/pickup/delivery, paymentsRequirementsPrevious business-to-business sales experienceStrong verbal/written/listening skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skillsDetail oriented, organized and able to multi-taskGood time management skillsOutgoing personality with strong customer service skillsPerks & BenefitsBase pay + sales bonusRegular full-time weekday schedule (M-F 8:30-5:30) with weekends off1 - 2 weeks of paid vacation, dependent on length of employmentPaid HolidaysParticipation in company medical & dental benefitsDo you enjoy working with people?
