Based in the Twin Cities, they have quickly grown to be one of the most well respected General Contractors in the Midwest and are dedicated to grow the team on a National scale.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain seamless workflows. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Conduct regular inspections of work progress and quality, addressing issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
