HAHC is seeking full-time/live-in Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will help to enable our clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording their progress, condition, all while providing support and personal service. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist client by providing personal services, such as various personal hygiene needs and care
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises, use of Hoyer Lift is a plus
Support clients by providing light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, preparing and serving meals and snacks
Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs which include medication reminders, as well as companionship and social engagement
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
