Meteorologist

We are looking for Territory Manager in the Kentucky / Tennessee area. A Territory Manager at Thor Guard entails sales and maintenance of new and existing systems within this territory. Working outside and able to install systems on rooftops, posts, etc. would be an excellent quality to have. When performing the sales side of the job, you must be able to drive and meet with potential customers on site and determine the best locations for our systems to perform at the customer's location given all the variables required such as best view of the sky, internet connection, power, centrality of property, feasibility of install, future access, etc. Installation of equipment varies depending on install, but having proficiency with power tools and working with your hands will make this job easier. There will be proper training for each new Territory Manager. Understanding of the country club environment would be useful as well for our golf course customers.

You would be an independent contractor running your own business and would need to have a strong desire to go out and sell and maintain Thor Guard systems across KY / TN. We are ideally looking for these new Territory Managers to be a Meteorologists as we have a team of meteorologists that travel during the year to forecast weather at golf events. This person filling this position may or may not be utilized with the golf tour forecasting portion of the company.

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology

Able to work with ladders, on rooftops and do installation work

Good communication, problem solving and computer skills
