Commercial Electrical ForemanNEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision. Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting. Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience3 years electrical supervisory experienceCurrent Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician LicenseOSHA 10 or ability to obtainKnowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not requiredSuccessfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.Company Overview: NEXT Electric, LLC, a partially-owned subsidiary of IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division of IES Holdings, Inc.
