Industry-competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure

Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk, your duties will include:

  • Onboarding accounts
  • Data entry
  • Cross-checking information.
  • Supporting accounts and updating beneficiaries
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy


Qualifications

  • Quick learner
  • Inquisitive: willing propose new strategies to help improve the team
  • MS Access, MS Word, Team, and Excel (basic)
  • Strong written communication: send cohesive emails to partners
  • Organized and efficient—meet targets and SLAs
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient Typing and Computer Literacy skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational skills


Experience

  • Previous Data Entry Experience, attention to detail, no errors when inputting information (3-5 years)
  • Previous work with sensitive information
  • Experience in data collection techniques
