Glickman Psychological Services, a growing fee-for-service private practice in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team. We specialize in evidence-based outpatient therapy for children and adolescents (ages 3-18), young adults, and parents, with the option for therapists to also provide therapy to adults. While we primarily offer in-person services, some clients may prefer teletherapy.
At Glickman Psychological Services, we cultivate a supportive and caring work environment that allows you to focus on the work you love while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our therapists enjoy flexibility in setting their schedules, with an expectation of holding at least 15, and ideally up to 25, client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by the practice. We foster a collaborative and learning-focused atmosphere where clinicians participate in regular supervision, consultation, and case conferencing.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be Licensed as a clinical psychologist in NJ or eligible for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in NJ
- Be able to work in our office in Cherry Hill, NJ.
- Have a strong clinical background providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or other evidence-based treatments to children and families.
- Be receptive to consultation/supervision, willing to ask questions and accept feedback
- Possess a caring, empathic, yet fun and engaging personality
- Be available for afternoon, evening, and/or weekend client sessions
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be open to starting part-time, with potential to transition to full time
